Do you want to be a children’s writer but don’t know where to start?
Do you want to learn the steps to getting your children’s book published?
Do you want to see your picture book or novel in bookstores?
Then the Children’s Writer’s Super System—the only system of its kind on the Internet—is for you. Through nine interactive sessions, I will teach you the down-to-earth nitty-gritty about how to write and publish a children’s book—sharing one insider tip after another that will make you leapfrog over the competition.
I started out from scratch, without anything published, without any formal training, without even any ideas!
Since then, I’ve attended numerous writer’s conferences, received my Masters of Fine Arts in Writing for Children from the prestigious Vermont College, and had more than 40 published works—including successful middle grade novel series, story books, board books, comics and activities, curriculum, short stories, radio scripts, children’s movies and more.
But the road from there to here was filled with a lot of trial and error—a self-driven school of hard knocks. At times, I’ve made a fool of myself, receiving rejection after rejection, and at times I’ve won prestigious awards and been flown to large publishing companies to help develop their next children’s line. I learned something from every experience, good and bad—and now you can, too.
With the Children’s Writing Super System, I’ll share everything with you that I wish I had known when I started out—so you can start light years ahead of the competition.
I’m not going to lie to you: This is no magic formula. It will still take the sweat of all your creativity and hard work—but instead of spinning your wheels, you’ll have the tools and knowledge you need to create the best manuscripts possible, time and again.
This is not a series of lectures or a course based on writing theory filled with ten dollar words. Instead, I’m giving you a series of honest, straight-forward talks and tips, sharing with you what I’ve learned over the course of my career.
